CHILDREN/MINORS
At Salon Glow, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Sometimes, things that are out of our control can cause hair color to process differently than expected; a hair cut can style differently when you get home; amongst numerous other scenarios. We do ask that you contact your stylist anytime within 7 days of your service if you are unhappy and allow them to try and correct the problem. If you still feel unsatisfied, please contact the salon owner to see what we can do to ensure you are happy with your experience at our salon.
Due to the safety of your child, other clients, and our stylists, if you are receiving a chemical service or any service that requires more than 45 minutes, please bring someone to assist with your child, or arrange childcare. We love your children, however we cannot provide the best service possible if your child is unsupervised during your visit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please allow at least 48 hours for all cancellations with your stylist. All no show appointments/ cancellations/ reschedules that are less than 48 hours are subject to incur a $25 fee and may require a non-refundable retainer deposit for all future appointments. You will receive a text to confirm your appointment and can simply do so by replying "C" to confirm.
